Guiding Principles of Sacred Leadership “Sacred” leaders maintain a laser like focus on the organization’s mission to serve, guided by an enduring set of values and a concern for the FUTURE. The vast majority of the leadership literature is really about management, not leadership; what we call the “MBA approach to leadership” with a focus on the bottom line and the short term.
